The
geographical area originally covered by the Agreement extended
from Saint-Raphaël in the west, to Monaco,
then eastwards to Genoa, whence the name RaMoGe
formed from the first syllables of the names of these three
towns. The zone has since been enlarged and now stretches from
Marseille to La Spezia, or more precisely from the estuary of
the Grand Rhône in the west to the mouth of the River
Magra in the east.

technical, legal and administrative cooperation by means of which
the three States decide jointly on actions to be undertaken for integrated
management of the coastline. In the framework of this Agreement, numerous
activities have been carried out with the aim of harmonizing analysis
